​Tui means "push", Na means "grab". It's the kind of massage used in Traditional Chinese Medicine and it uses manipulations in order to stimulate acupuncture points, meridians and other body parts with the objective of reaching the physiologic balance.
It's a therapeutic massage but it can also promote relaxation and a general well-being.
